Vibrating feeders are essential for conveying bulk material for controlled feed, suitable for continuous or batch feeding applications. They are commonly used for discharging bulk material from bins and feeding crushers, mixers, furnaces, scales, bucket elevators, screens, and conveyor belts. These feeders can be driven by Electromagnetic Vibrating Drives, Unbalance Vibrator Motors, or Unbalance Exciter Drives.

Our Jaw-Jaw i.e. 3-stage Stone Crushing Plants are most suitable for aggregate (0-20mm)/(0-40mm), production because: 
1. Lower Dust / Fines Generation: Crushing takes place in 3 Stages – Primary, Secondary and Tertiary. This leads to a reduced crushing ratio in each stage, and hence lower fines generation. Approximately 5-7% less generation of fines (as a percentage of Total Crushing Capacity).
2. Economical: In a typical 120 TPH Plant, 5% Lower Dust Generation translates into an additional aggregates production of 14,400 Tons/year. Considering a minimum sale price of Rs. 650/Ton, these plants generate additional revenue of Rs.93 Lac/year. After deducting the extra costs of Diesel and Jaw-Plates, a net additional profit of Rs. 30-35 Lac per year is realized.
3. Better Shape of Aggregates: The small elliptical crushing stroke of the tertiary jaw crushers, combined with a smaller crushing ratio helps achieve a better shape i.e. less flaky, more cubical shape of aggregates.
